HALL HIRE

We have halls available for hire in both the Meadowbank building and the Willowbrae building. The Meadowbank space comprises the church sanctuary and the church halls, which can be subdivided. The Willowbrae space includes the Upper Hall and the Church Centre.

The normal cost for renting each space is £35 per hour, plus an additional £10 per hour for use of the kitchen. However, each request will be considered on its own merits.

Meadowbank sanctuary - This room has flexible seating and a carpeted floor. It is particularly suitable for musical concerts. Access is via the wooden doors on London Road and is step-free.

Meadowbank hall - The hall can be subdivided into three smaller sections. There is also a fully-functional kitchen with a serving hatch. Access is via the side door on Marionville Road and is step-free.

Willowbrae Upper Hall - This is a standard church hall. It is a large space capable of seating 80. It has a badminton court marked out on the floor. This is a flexible space used for a variety of activities. It is conveniently located near the kitchen and WC. Access is via Willowbrae Road directly into the hall and is step-free.

Willowbrae Church Centre - This is a 1970s extension between the main Church sanctuary and the Church Hall. The space was originally designed as a cafe space and has access via a serving hatch to the kitchen. It is a well proportioned area. Access is via Willowbrae Road and is step-free.

Our halls are used daily for a number of activities. We have regular bookings and one-off bookings. Please contact us to check availability. Enquiries from individuals and groups to rent the halls are always welcome.
